ABOUT US

We are a team of 3 countries who decided to collaborate on an Erasmus+ project to allow our students to open their minds by meeting other students from Europe.

Our story started some years ago when Spain and Turkey were working on an etwinning project which was awarded with the European quality label. Our students met online but the Pandemic made us stop the idea of applying for an Erasmus project. Some time later Italy joined us in this adventure.

These are us:

SPAIN: COLEGIO SAGRADA FAMILIA.  COORDINATOR OF THIS PROJECT. A  catholic secondary school.

OUR TARGETS

A BETTER FUTURE FOR OUR STUDENTS

With this project "Enriching the Unity in Diversity" we want to create an educational atmosphere that leads our students to have a great experience but at the same time to build a better future for them, trying to avoid stereotypes and create bonds among countries.  This project was created to give our students new tools to face challenges in life have fun and use didactic and dynamic ways to learn. Our teachers and the educational community are supporting this project to build a better future for our students when they leave school.

OUR SHARED PHYLOSOPHY

EDUCATE IS ALSO TEACHING VALUES FOR LIFE

Thanks to our experience as teachers working in Mediterranean countries, we share a common view of teaching our students. we want them to coexist with other children coming from different backgrounds, religions, cultures, or disabilities and be respectful to each other. Our schools usually host immigrants with problems in language, cultural knowledge, etc and we are required to teach them everyone is equal.

With this project we want them to cooperate and live in others' shoes for some days to understand much better what others' problems could be. But also to find how many similarities there are between us.
